AVOCADO FUDGE POPS

We loooooove this creamy and refreshing recipe with very little guilt! haha!

AVOCADO FUDGE POPS
Makes 12 servings

INGREDIENTS


1 large, ripe Hass avocado, about 1 cup (150 g) packed flesh


1 1/2 cups (350 ml) almond milk, original unsweetened


1/2 cup (120 ml) maple syrup


⅓ cup (40 g) cocoa powder


1 tbsp (15 ml) vanilla extract


a pinch of salt


1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

PREPARATION


Remove the flesh from the avocado and discard the skin and pit.


Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth.


Pour the mixture into a popsicle mold.


Add mini chocolate chips on top and press them into the mixture so they stay in place when freezing.


Freeze for 8 hours or more.


Run warm water over the mold to release the pops and store them in a freezer bag.
