Makes 1 serving.
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup (45 g) rolled oats
1 tbsp (15 ml) chia seeds
1/2 cup (142.5 g) lemon Greek yogurt
1/2 cup (120 ml) almond coconut beverage
1 tbsp (20 g) maple syrup
1/2 cup (75 g) fresh blueberries
PREPARATION
In a small bowl or jar, add the oats, chia seeds, yogurt, almond and coconut milk and maple syrup.
Mix, seal tightly with a lid and refrigerate overnight.
The next morning it will be ready to eat.
Add fresh blueberries, serve and enjoy!
