Exchange
Didn't choose the right size or color? You can easily return items that do not suit you (at your expense) and we will send you the exchange items (at our expense). Just be sure to include your name and/or order number inside the package as well as the request (desired size or color).
Refund
The item you received does not suit you? No problem, we'll refund it if you ship it to us within 10 days of receipt. If you took advantage of free delivery, $7 will be deducted from the refund amount. If you had paid delivery costs, we will cover those for the return.
Returns

If you do not have access to a printer, you can simply visit a Canada Post office to have the shipping label issued on site. All you have to do is give the following Return Identification Number: PR433192
Be sure to write your name and/or order number inside the package with your request (exchange, refund).
