All our packages are shipped by Expedited Parcel with Canada Post. All our shipments are carbon neutral.
Processing your order
Order processing time is 24-72 hours during business days depending on the time of year. All packages are shipped from our headquarters in Shawinigan and orders are prepared Monday to Friday during normal business hours, except holidays. As we want your purchasing experience with us to be as pleasant as possible, we do everything we can to ensure that you receive your package as quickly as possible.
Track your order
You will automatically receive an email with the Canada Post tracking number. You will then be able to follow the progress of the delivery based on updates made by the carrier.
Pick up in store
Order processing time is 24 hours on working days. You will receive an email message from us (info@ecogriffe.com) when your package is ready to be collected during our opening hours. * check your spam emails.

International orders
Please note that we are not responsible if customs fees and duties apply to your package when it arrives at its destination. Import duties and taxes vary depending on the destination country. In the event that you refuse to pay the amount charged and the package is returned to us, the cost of the original shipping will not be refunded and will be deducted from your refund.
