Did you know that in Quebec, 1 in 100 children are born with a heart disease or malformation that will require medical monitoring?

This represents 900 new families who have to face this diagnosis each year.

The En Cœur Foundation has therefore set itself the mission of helping children with congenital heart disease and their families by offering them information and support services. En Cœur also aims to raise awareness among the general public about the importance of supporting children with heart disease and their parents.

In pursuit of its mission, La Fondation En Cœur organizes several events and makes available various publications (books and brochures) aimed at facilitating families' access to relevant and reassuring sources of information.

VISION

To provide maximum services to children with heart disease and their families. The Foundation also aims to extend its support to young people during the transition from pediatric to adult care.

The Foundation wishes to offer complementary services to those provided by the health system by meeting certain needs, including:

♡ Information and equipment for home care

♡ Psychological support
