AIR SUP ACROYOGA
Ecogriffe has teamed up with @airsupacro to give its members an extraordinary aquatic/aerial/muscular experience! Three intense hours to leave your ego aside, to ground yourself and surpass yourself, led by the four highly experienced organizers.
Yoga stretches on dry land, floor poses in pairs, learning the basics of this demanding but rewarding sport, and finally reproducing the feats learned on a SUP board, leaving all participants with a great sense of pride and guaranteed soreness for a few days.
